- Recordings & Content
- When you record rides, footage and audio may be stored in the cloud.
- You retain ownership of your recordings, but grant VZZPR the right to process and store them securely.
- You are solely responsible for complying with local recording laws.
- Subscriptions & Payments
- Some features may be free; others may require subscription fees.
- Payments are non-refundable except where required by law.
- We may change pricing with prior notice.
- Emergency Features
- VZZPR can send alerts and location data to your chosen contacts.
- We are not a replacement for law enforcement or emergency services.
- We do not guarantee prevention of harm.
- Limitation of Liability
- VZZPR is provided “as-is” without warranties.
- We are not liable for damages, data loss, or misuse by others.
- Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the last 12 months.
- Termination
- You may stop using the app anytime.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
